The newsletter is usually shared with staff each weekend and since we are working much more closely with you all as you assist us with "school from home", we thought it was only appropriate to include parents & guardians in the staff newsletter mailing. We are also encouraging virtual spirit week with the dress-up days attached! Send us pictures of your kiddos showing their school spirit from home - we want to stay connected! Be sure to call the school if you miss the delivery or if we miss your stop - and be sure to call us if your child is staying somewhere other than their registered address! Happy Thursday!

Attention Box Elder Students/Parents/Guardians: Please review the Acceptable Use Policy that was signed with all registration papers to attend school. Tomorrow we will be passing out iPads to elementary students and those Jr. High/High School students who don't have theirs at home already. We will put a copy of this reminder in each iPad bag. We will be sending out ONE CHARGER PER HOUSEHOLD. ALSO: iPads will only be given to students ONLY - so if the student does not come to the door, their iPad will be delivered at a later date. If your child is staying somewhere other than where they have been receiving meals or were registered at when enrolled, PLEASE CALL and update that address for us to smooth out this process of iPad delivery. Thank you for your continued cooperation and patience!

IMPORTANT MESSAGE ABOUT iPAD DISTRIBUTION: Attention parents/guardians/students: We are collecting and organizing address information for dispersing iPads on Thursday. If your address has changed from where you wrote down on school registration papers, PLEASE CONTACT THE SCHOOL to update that information. Also let us know if you will need a charger for your child's iPad. K-6th grade parents, please call the elementary office at 352-3222 and the 7-12th grade parents please call 352-4195.

This is surely a process and we are learning as we go. We gave out 440 meals this morning. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work through the bumps. Lunches will be out this afternoon following the same general procedure. We will be providing lunches first to those who did not get breakfast. Please only take what you need for the students in your home. We will smooth out the process going forward! We love & miss our students! 💙💛🐻💛💙

Good Morning Box Elder Bears Community! We will be sending out meals on normal bus routes to drop meals at your house today. (House drop off will be today only until we get the process refined). Buses are leaving the school at 9:45. As the process gets refined, we will keep you updated. If you have anyone in your household under 18, please let us know and we will provide a meal for them as well. PLEASE monitor your dogs as we approach to drop of meals. Message from Box Elder School District:

Due to the weather forecast the 5th & 6th grade basketball games in Chester have been cancelled for tomorrow.

Community, Staff, Students & Families : We are dismissing students at 1:00 today for district planning and a scheduled power outage. Please be aware that your child(ren) will be home early today.

Attention Box Elder Parents/Guardians, Students, Staff & Families: We will have a late start for students tomorrow FRIDAY, MARCH 13, 2020. Busses will be around 1 hour later than usual to pick up students. Breakfast will be served starting at 9:15 and school will begin at 9:30am.
